Includes:

  • Personalized cutting instructions

  • Vacuum-sealed packaging

  • Optional curing, smoking, and sausage (pork only)

  • Farmers selling directly to individual buyers

USDA-Inspected Processing

For producers who wish to sell meat by the package under a retail label. Eligible for resale across state lines.

Includes:

  • USDA inspection throughout slaughter and processing

  • Retail-ready packaging with approved label

  • Custom cut sheets and batching

  • Traceability and batch separation
