We’re not just processors—we’re cattle producers, too. Our family has been raising livestock on our 1,600-acre farm in Perkinston, Mississippi for generations. In 2020, we took our passion one step further and built a USDA-inspected, 6,000 sq. ft. processing facility to serve other farmers and families like ours.
At A Cut Above, we know exactly what it feels like to raise an animal with care, attention, and pride. That’s why we treat every animal that comes through our doors with the same respect and precision we’d expect for our own.
